Born and raised in the Reading area and a graduate of Kutztown University, her background in the studio and with traditional Art History combine to fuel a passion for all things creative and maker-inspired. Emma regularly teaches classes and workshops on Mold-Making and Life Casting at the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts. She is an independent artist, dancer, researcher, and avid arts enthusiast.
Emma is currently a PhD student at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, where she studies the history and making of Contemporary Art. She has worked with several local art institutions, such as the Reading Public Museum (Reading, PA) and the Allentown Art Museum (Allentown, PA), as well as more global organizations such as Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art (Bentonville, AR) and the Museum of Modern Art (New York City, NY).

Kris Berlin is a Coatesville based artist working in watercolor and ink, focusing mainly on animal subjects. She is inspired by nature, wildlife, plants, and anatomy. Her degree is in English & Fine Art from Millersville University, and when she isn't painting, she works seasonally at Vollmecke Orchards, an organic vegetable farm and orchard in Coatesville. Kris offers pet portrait commissions and sells original artwork, prints, and note cards from her website. 10% of sales go to charities that support environmental efforts, namely NRDC, Oceana, WildAid, and Humane Society International. Amber Foote is a local artist by evening and civil rights education advocate by day. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She works mainly in oil paint on canvas, and sometimes in watercolor and dyes. Jennifer Stork is a passionate photographer; not just of pretty pictures, but of moments that provide a window to other places and times gone by. Her company, Life Story Photography, specializes in creating heirloom art infused with personal meaning for families as they begin the most significant journeys of their lives.
These photos are a glimpse of the countryside—a window into an aesthetic removed from this spot in the city, yet in geography, juxtaposed in close proximity. The artist, Jennifer Stork is a world traveler who currently resides in a quaint town near Reading, PA. She enjoys discovering unique beauty in places and people, whether far from home or close by. Jennifer captured this series of landscapes in rural areas of Berks County during the fall of 2014.
