When it comes to our menu here at Wild Sage you will find quality, locally sourced ingredients in every dish. We value Berks County and what is produced here. During our renovation process we are using as many local resources as we can. Recently we got our counter-tops from Moyer's Sawmill in Bernville. The mill has been in the same family since it started around 1904 and they use mostly the same technology and tools to do their amazing work. The location is simply idyllic!
